Have a Quick Question?

Titanium Grade 23

Titanium is extremely tough yet lightweight, having the highest strength to weight ratio of any structural metal, which is why it is used in so many aerospace applications. Another key advantage associated with titanium is its natural resistance to rust and corrosion making it attractive metal for aerospace and a wide variety of industrial applications. Titanium is also one of the most biocompatible materials making it an ideal choice for medical applications such as surgical instruments and implants. Also known as Ti 6Al-4V Eli, Titanium Grade 23 has a higher concentration of Oxygen than standard titanium. This means that it is more resistant to breaks and fractures and can undergo greater amounts of deformation than standard Titanium.

Titanium Grade 2

Titanium Grade 2 is more lightweight and corrosion-resistant than other alloys of titanium. In addition to use in the medical and aerospace industries, grade 2 is also used commonly in oil and gas components in tubing systems and heat exchangers.

Unmatched Experience in Titanium Fabrication

At Dynamic Design & Manufacturing, we work with many manufacturers, engineers and designers that use titanium in a wide variety of products and projects. Located near the University of Colorado at Boulder, as well as the headquarters for some of the largest aerospace companies in the United States, Dynamic Design & Manufacturing has been producing high quality CNC titanium machined parts for a broad range of industries including aerospace, medical, and precision equipment manufacturers for many years. Our manufacturing capabilities range from prototype quantities to high-volume production runs. Dynamic Design & Manufacturing is a leader in producing cost-effective high quality precision CNC titanium machined parts.

Investment in Technology

Dynamic Design & Manufacturing continues to invest in the latest technology. Recent additions to our machining capabilities include a new DMG Mori NTX 1000 2nd generation combination turning and machining center. Incorporating two cutting-edge technologies: turning centers and machining centers, the NTX 1000 is equipped with DMG Mori’s latest technologies enabling process integration with higher accuracy, superior machining performance and a larger work envelope. The machine is capable of high-accuracy, high-efficiency machining of complex-shaped work pieces for the aerospace, medical equipment and precision equipment industries. The outstanding combination of a turning center and machining center allows for process integration for various machining requirements from high-mix, low volume production to mass production.
