Aerospace Metal Fabrication
Dynamic Design and Manufacturing's 31,000 sq. ft. facility located in Niwot, Colorado, between Boulder and Longmont, provides the capability to machine complex Aerospace parts using a wide range of materials. We specialize in working with stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum, nickel alloys, titanium alloys, and plastics. Dynamic Design and Manufacturing is ITAR compliant and our manufacturing processes are ISO 9001:2015 certified which makes Dyco fully compatible with aerospace industry expectations.
Aerospace Welding Services
Dynamic Design and Manufacturing offer a range of aerospace welding services including MIG, TIG and Spot welding services. Aerospace welding is any welding performed on a part used in aerospace application. This type of welding is distinct from standard welding in that specific standards and regulations must be complied with, namely those put forth by NADCAP.
NADCAP (the National Aerospace and Defense Contractors Accreditation Program) is a global industry-managed standardization, assessment and accreditation initiative. NADCAP certification requires strict adherence to AWS D17.1 and AS9100D standards. Set forth by the American Welding Society (AWS), AWS D17.1 outlines standards for welding processes, including material selection and methodology.
