In order for us to maintain our high level of quality and to operate in accordance with our ISO guidelines, we request that electronic files be sent via email and be directed to dave.kraft@dycoinc.com or myron.varner@dycoinc.com. The files will then be printed, saved in our customer directory and forwarded to the proper personnel to handle your request.
Dynamic Design & Manufacturing employs several different CAD packages including: Solidworks Cadkey and TekSoft software. We can support all files derived from these software packages. In addition to these software titles we also support a variety of file types such as DXF, DWG and IGES formats. We can also support other non-CAD electronic file types including: Adobe PDF and TIFF images.

Although fully detailed drawings are extremely helpful, sometimes they are not practical during the prototype manufacturing stage. To help save time and cost we can often manufacture prototype parts from CAD models. While these CAD models are helpful, sometimes it is necessary to include additional information that is not included in the CAD model to build your parts. This additional information may include:

• Part number and revision number
• Instructions for assembly
• Bill of materials
• Quantity of parts required
• Type of material required
• List of CAD file referenced
• Finish requirements
• Hardware to be installed
• Tolerances
• Brief description of parts function
• Cosmetic requirements
